Aduki beans are widely eaten in the Far East and are delicious with rice and vegetables. the slightly sweet nutty taste makes these beans very tasty for sweeter one-pan dishes, salads, stir-fries and as a base for humus. Preparation: Soak the beans in water for 8 to 12 hours. Then boil them for about 1 hour. Use 80 to 100 grams of legumes per person.
